Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I’m Lauren Toppins, former corporate attorney turned Broker and REALTOR®. I got here by combining my legal background with a passion for real estate and people, which led me to create Cherrywood Real Estate—a full-service brokerage offering everything from residential property sales and property management to commercial property sales.
I began my decade-long career as a corporate attorney after earning my Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. My legal expertise laid a strong foundation for my transition into real estate, where I now apply my skills in negotiation, compliance, and strategic planning for my clients.
In addition to my professional goals, I am deeply committed to my community and industry. I currently serve as the President-Elect on the MLSOK Board of Directors and hold leadership roles on several key committees, including Compliance, Finance, Nominating, Property Management, Regional, Contracts and Forms, and the Executive Committee. I also serve on the board for the Better Business Bureau of Central Oklahoma, helping promote trust and integrity in local businesses.
As a devoted mother of four daughters, I balance my professional life with family time, often spending weekends at the lake with my loved ones.
