Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I’m Lauren Toppins, former corporate attorney turned Broker and REALTOR®. I got here by combining my legal background with a passion for real estate and people, which led me to create Cherrywood Real Estate—a full-service brokerage offering everything from residential property sales and property management to commercial property sales.
I began my decade-long career as a corporate attorney after earning my Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. My legal expertise laid a strong foundation for my transition into real estate, where I now apply my skills in negotiation, compliance, and strategic planning for my clients.
In addition to my professional goals, I am deeply committed to my community and industry. I currently serve as the President of the MLSOK Board of Directors and hold leadership roles on several key committees, including Compliance, Finance, Nominating, Property Management, Regional, Contracts and Forms, and the Executive Committee. I also serve on the board for the Better Business Bureau of Central Oklahoma, helping promote trust and integrity in local businesses. and was appointed to The Service Oklahoma Board.
As a devoted mother of four daughters, I balance my professional life with family time, often spending weekends at the lake with my loved ones.
