Carter was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and moved to Oklahoma City for an oil and gas job in 2012. Since being in the city, he has enjoyed getting to know the districts, local businesses, Thunder basketball and new parks in the area. He met his wife, Victoria, in 2015. Carter and Victoria are proud parents to a daughter, Stevie, and son, Anderson.

After accumulating many rental properties, Carter was able to transition from his oil and gas job to investing in real estate full-time. He is passionate about what he does as an investor, and also finds it incredibly rewarding to help others as a real estate agent. He is excited to serve others as a realtor, and help his clients achieve their buying and selling goals.
