David Bloese

David Bloese (Blaze) started his career in the mortgage industry working for a servicing company in Dallas. It was there, helping homeowners with their mortgages, that he set a goal to get his real estate license. As life would have it, David was offered a position in the oil and gas field, which landed him in Oklahoma City and paused his real estate goal. During this time, he gained transferable  skills as a landman through county record researching, determining mineral ownership, and negotiating oil and gas leases. David started Grand Oil & Gas, LLC, a mineral buying company, in 2012 and brokered mineral transactions between buyers and sellers before investing and buying mineral rights personally.  

David has a heart for service and is a founding board member of the Autism Foundation of Oklahoma. He has also been the chair for the Oklahoma Autism Center Open golf tournament and Juleps at the Jones Kentucky Derby Party. When he’s not at the negotiating table with minerals or houses or dedicating his time and skills to impactful organizations, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lesley, daughter, Ashtyn, and extended family at Grand Lake, traveling, and playing golf.  

David serves the metro area and specializes in the Grand Lake area.
