While many brokerage's can provide templates and marketing campaigns, our in-house marketing team takes a seat in meetings and realtor trainings to gain perspective, feedback, and learn what you need to be successful. With a graphic designer and video editor on staff we can quickly create customized marketing solutions for you and your clients. Agents also gain access to a full suite of Microsoft Office products, including Sharepoint, that serves are our brokerage intranet. Here we can deliver resources, technology, training, and marketing content.
Personal Growth & Development
Each week we host multiple trainings covering a range of topics. The calendar is made available at the beginning of the month, so you can build your schedule. These are a mix of OREC approved CE courses, vendor product courses, and broker taught courses to ensure you are getting 360-degree training.
