I’ve spent my career building systems that help people succeed.

Before stepping into real estate, I worked in corporate technology across HRIS, appraisal management, and banking — primarily in operations, customer experience, and product management roles. No matter the industry, I always found myself drawn to the same thing: creating clarity, improving efficiency, and helping teams turn big goals into executable plans.

Today, as Director of Operations at Cherrywood Real Estate, I focus on agent growth and business development. I work alongside our leadership team and agents to build the operational, marketing, and sales systems that support long-term success — not just short bursts of momentum

I believe agents shouldn’t have to choose between growth and sanity. With the right structure in place, you can build a business that feels aligned, scalable, and sustainable.

My role may involve wearing many hats — from strategy and workflow development to training and implementation — but what it really comes down to is this: I help agents move from overwhelmed to organized, from reactive to intentional, and from busy to productive.

Helping others actualize their goals has always been the common thread in my career, and I’m grateful to get to do that every day alongside an incredible team.
