    • Know location of main water shutoff in your home.  
    • Open hot and cold faucets enough to allow them to drip.
    • Keep heat at minimum of 65 degrees (even if you’re traveling out of town). 
    • Keep fireplace flue closed when not in use. 
    • Keep external water faucets covered.

    You can pay electronically through RENTCafe®. You’ll need to create your account, then setup recurring payments or manually submit payment before the 1st of the month.

    You can also pay via cashier’s check or money order. Just bring it by the office before the 1st of the month. We’re open Monday-Friday 8:00 – 5:00 pm.

    First, talk to your property manager or call the office to confirm your property allows pets, or refer to your lease. If so, we’ll give you the total for pet deposit that can be paid via cashier’s check or money order. Adding a pet will also increase your monthly rent.

    Yes, we ask that you bring us any hardware that is removed and a copy of the key in case of emergency or if you get locked out of your home.

    Please schedule any service for a date after you’ve moved in. You will need to be present for any service requested.

    All people living in the home, over 18 years old, need to submit an application. Please call your property manager or the office.
