Emily and Alex Cunningham live in Edmond with their three children and built their business on trust, communication, and long-term relationships—not just transactions.
Emily has been in real estate since 2022 and leads the team’s marketing and client experience. With a strong background in marketing, grassroots networking, and client relations, she is known for her organization, authenticity, and attention to detail. Emily combines proven systems with creative, customized marketing—ensuring every home is positioned to highlight what makes it unique. She is proactive, responsive, and not afraid to pick up the phone, advocate for her clients, and go the extra mile. Clients consistently praise her for truly caring, listening, and following through.
Alex brings over 15 years of experience in project management within the pipeline industry, along with ownership of a fence and construction business. His background gives him a trained eye for construction quality, property condition, and improvement potential—adding valuable insight for both buyers and sellers. Born in New Mexico, raised in multiple places including the Bahamas, and having lived across the country for work before settling in Oklahoma in 2012, Alex brings a disciplined, steady, and service-minded approach to every transaction. He is also actively involved in his church and student ministry.
